I may be mistaken, but this all seems silly to me. LEO can lie about himself, and there are documented cases of him using drugs to effect arrests. Even in the event of a smoking ban, what would prevent him getting permission to use cigarettes in a similar manner?

There are at least 3 called Summer on BP. I was so stricken by the eyes on this one I called with some test questions, being very careful what I said. I was doubly concerned because of the area of town. But in the end the little head ruled and I took a ride. The room was around in a courtroom away from the street. She needed to leave in 45 minutes so we negotiated a fair 'in between' price. I Could not have been more pleased with the outcome and will return.
