Long time reader, first time poster. I have read a little on state licensing for a few friends and the new rules appear to be directly targeting the AMPs. Some of the requirements are requesting a high school diploma to be electronically sent (or a GED acquired in Michigan) and the passing of the Toefl (standardized English test). If I think of some of my favorites (past / present), I am not sure how many would be able to meet the new state requirements. Speaking of which, has anyone seen Destiny for massage? She just lowered her rates recently. She used charge $85 per hour, but now it's $70. For 1. 5 hours, she used to charge $120, which was the most expensive massage rate I've seen, but now it's at $105.
