A couple months ago visited the massage place off (metro parkway). It's in an office building that is sitting right off the road almost in the parking lot of a strip mall. Went this afternoon to onevif my favorites. Yes, it is true the state will be cracking down apparently! To what extent or how, who knows?! She just got her license 2 weeks ago,and paid 375 total for everything required.

Her only complaint was, why not go after people who never were even certified? I must say I agree.
