Kate is a great gal. And just down the road from me as well. Quite convenient. However, I have been a bit leery since her roommate (some guy and his kid stays there). Once you start and email, they can reply back even if the post gets flagged. It doesn't mean you're safe from LEO, but it is not something only LEO can do. Anyone can do it.

Since they get flagged so quick post whatever details you get and you might get some help here. I've the SS in Shelby multiple times but her post gets flagged pretty quick. I wouldn't have seen her if it wasn't for this site.
