This is one of the bat-shit-crazy Heathers, based on what I've read in past reviews. Guys have been posting forever that they TOFFT and she is a waste of time and money. In a strip center at Kirkman and Conroy by the Publix. It is located at the end of the center, did not get the name of the place. Chose the 1/2 for. 4 and paid. 3 for a tip.
