So I leave the be / CB loop and drive towards the county. He gave chase for a minute or two and then backed off. Persistent S. O. be! With LEO out of the picture, we continued into the county and found a nice spot for standard tuition BBBJCIM. Close call. Took the back roads for the drop off.
