I'd been emailing Ava for a while with no response but decided to try again a little over a week ago after seeing another glowing report on the other site and this time I got a response and I'm glad I did.

Hey guys, very bad news on this one. Been in the hobby about 4 years and never had a truly bad experience until this past Monday.
