The vast expansion of CMP in Socal is helping keeping the basic massage price low but not the tips. Few foot massage starting at $15 hr (90 RMB) is not too bad. What is the killer is the expected tips from Socal men. Socal women just tip $5 for a foot massage ($15 to 20) and not look back.

A 100 RB ($17) for HJ is still a deal in China. The airfare cost, hotel and others have to be factored into massage cost. Assume that is not an issue as one is going anyway.

SoCal Basic Massage = 360 RB /40 RB 1 Hr Massage + Tip USD.

SoCal Basic Massage Price = 9 to 12 x China Price (35 to 40 RB) 1 Hr Massage USD.

SoCal HE= 2 to 3 x China HE Price (100 RB ($20)) USD.

China, Japan and Korea no tipping required or expected. That is a saving up to 100 percent in some cases.

Some SoCal mamasan BMW is pushing the tips higher.

I am trying to forget about that since I arrived in this area. I remember when there were HJ places all over S. China for only 35-40 RMB including a 1 hour massage. This was not that long ago. Now the massage is still 35-40 RMB for an hour but they want 100 including the HJ.

www.aampmaps.com with over 1000 plus independent in SOCal already listed with phone numbers (very few independent reviews), CL, BP and RB we are looking at a huge number of providers close to 10,000 in SOCal. Should we have a special thread for aamps.com only in the OC section ?

Korean prefer to be called Asian at some established KMP by some mamasan (C&see Sunday). Latin or Asian. GDM terminology was Latin or Korean.

Google search did list two in North Hollywood, one in Fountain Valley and San Dimas (Best Asian Massage) based on "Korean Massage Parlor" search.

Did find SGV covered with Asian but not specific "Korean. ". Accu was associated with KMP but the Chinese are using it too. Shiatsu was the other phase that related to KMP or JMP in the past. VMP ofen provide shiatsu service for hard and medium massage.

Well, not so sure about that, at least in the literal sense.

I forget the name of the place, it was in Los Alamitos on Katella. I don't recall if LE actually ever made any arrests, but the final enforcement action that killed the AMP was the parked LE marked cruiser in the parking space closest to the front door. In fact, due to the arrangement of the parking lot / spaces, they parked so close to the front door, the cruiser would impede the opening of the front door of the establishment, if it opened outward.

If the owner has the stomach for a fight, then LE might not have so much ability to close the AMP. Usually the owners are able to take a hint and just leave. Of course, there are exceptions to that, like LFBC which was in a lengthy legal battle with the city of Lake Forest. The city eventually got them shutdown via the court system.

It is not uncommon to shutdown an AMP, LE will endure a lengthy investigation into the establishment and its owners, to the magnitude of a year or more. An expenditure of time and resources that most LE management aren't willing to invest in.

I never had the chance to try Bedazzled, so I was happy to learn that Starlight opened featuring the Bedazzled girls. I called them on Thursday and got no answer. Went right to an answering machine that was filled with messages not allowing me to leave my own. I decided to stop by after work anyway as it wasn't too far out of the way. Open sign in the window was off, and the door was locked. I checked behind the building and no cars were there which told me it was definitely closed for the day. I tried calling again on Friday and the same thing happens. It goes straight to a filled up answering. I hang up, and get a call back within 10 minutes from the Starlight number. I answer and ask when they close, and a Viet girl with a thick accent tells me they close at 1 am. I end up going over around 11 pm, open sign is lit up, but door is locked. I knock but no answer. I check around the building again, and no cars are there so I figure they must have closed and left for the day. I call again this morning and again no answer on the phone. I go over anyway to see if they might be open. Same thing as previous two days with locked door and no cars behind their business. At this point I don't know what's up with Starlight. Are they open for business, or not? I give up hope and go over to Holiday which never disappoints.

As I get out of the car I see another monger park and head in. I then decide to go and try the place by Red Lobster. I see it there, but have never been and I'm skeptical to try without reading a review so I just head back over to Holiday. As soon as I get back to Holiday the previous monger is leaving, so I head on in. I pay the 30 minute consultation fee and am led to my room by a short, beautiful Costa Rican named Eva. I happen to LOVE bolt-ons and Eva is sporting them. She asks if I know her tip and I happily proclaim I do. She leaves the room to get the hat and I can hear her heels click-clacking on the floor as she comes back to the room which drives me wild. Eva got right down to business. Massage is skipped, she knnels down to place the hat on for a CBJ, and I'm massaging her wonderful chest. About 5 minutes later she asks how I want it. I have been here 3 times now. Saw Linda twice. Saw a young early 20's Viet girl also but don't remember her name.

This doesn't surprise me at all. I talked to a LA vice cop once about this and he said you can't ever shut down the AMP, all they can do is make a raid, and arrest any girl with a dick in her. Next day new girls and the place is open again.

So instead of saving money like a smart college student should have been doing, I decided to try out the scene, again. I went to Purple Rain in Stanton. A VN place. My experience was not that great. Massage was so-so (which was expected). Immediately this girl, Lucy, asked if I wanted FS within 5 minutes of massaging me.

I'd agreed and asked about the $. Wanted. 18. I'm like um no way to high, was able to knock off. 04. Obviously if I should have left but the other head wanted to stay. I'm from the SGV and there are a ton of KMP's that can easily be found with a quick google search. They're pretty high in the looks dept too, also young in their mid / late 20's. Way better service and they won't ask for over $100 tip.

Why do people go to these VN places? Just go to one of the many K places where the girls won't even ask for money upfront and will be happy with $100.

K girls go out of the way to make you feel good vs VN girls who just yell at you to hurry up.
