That is a great area! I own many rental beach houses in kill devil hills and therefore I visit Kdh a lot. You are correct that $200 is far too much for one pop at a crappy hotel. The deal was two girls, multiple pops, etc.
To be clear. The SESSION was a ripoff. The VENUE is just dirty and dangerous. Her specific PERFORMANCE was fine.

I'm not confused and need no help with definitions. Ripoff is ripoff! You reported you felt ripped off and implied you felt Lorraine was at least partially at fault as she set date up. Don't attempt to parse words with me like some slick politician! If you paid for smog, unrushed, two girl attention and that's not even close to what you received, then you were right in feeling cheated. If you really don't care because you enjoyed the performance of one so much, you should have just taken it up with her and not reported "ripoff".
