I agree with your comments. I think the funny thing is one look at the girl in that ad and would not even give her the time of day, let alone a donation upfront. If she was more attractive or more friendly in her ad then I might take a chance but with her, not a chance in HELL. LOL.

It has been a long time since a provider has asked for my donation upfront and as a general rule I do not provide it. I will place it in an obvious area so she can see it is real, after LEO check of course, but will not give it to her until after. Most of the providers I have met lately have been very trusting, I guess I have an honest face. I have never ripped off a provider and would not do that to them. Although with some guys running around passing fake bills and trying to offer less for the services I can understand why some might ask for it upfront to protect themselves. Just my $. 02 worth.
