If I DID NOT consent to the cop searching my vehicle what would happen next? Would I be detained until a k9 unit showed up for a sniff search? As I said in my initial report, I watched her very closely and was reasonably sure she didn't stash anything in my rig. Maybe I shouldn't have given permission to search, but I'm guessing when the search was finally done after getting proper authorization then that is when a few dope pills or a dime of crack would have been placed in my rig by the LE then I would have been fucked anyways so I took my chances and let him search. This was certainly an unpleasant experience with LE and I hope she comes out of it reasonably ok, I feel pretty fortunate it didn't end worse for me. Almost forgot to mention that I would definitely like to hit that tight wet pussy again at a safer location of course! Mongering is always an adventure but this is one I could do without.

Not an easy situation to be in at all. Consider if you have a SO a letterhead from the cops sent to your home. What if SO opens it? Do you really have a leg to stand on? When I was stopped I thought it best to cooperate even though I knew it was unconstitutional or not right. This brings up another memory in Philly.

Was cruising the Ave (Kensington Ave) early on a Monday morning. Approx 530 am. Made a left turn down a "known" side street where SWs inhabit. My mistake was not using a turn signal. Good thing I noticed the cop following me. So what I did was just proceed straight on this side street and not make the usual loop. He followed me for like four blocks then lit me up. He comes up and ask you know why I stopped you? I say no. He says you didn't use turn signal when you made that left turn. Licensce and registration. Handed it over and later he come back and says. Hands back my ids and say you drive safe ok kinda thingy and let me go. He prob saw that I was an old enough geezer (mid fifties).

Back to consenting to a search or not. I think it is a risky move also not to cooperate. Either way they can make your life miserable. Just getting that letter can spell doom for the SO.

In similar situation in Aberdeen. BUT only difference was I was by my lonesome. The area was well known for prostitution and drugs. So he goes why are you driving over and over again in this area kinda thing. (I was driving like an idiot too many times deep in the hunt). He says you looking for a girl or trying to buy drugs? I say no neither. I stuck to the neither thingy. He asked to search my car. Then I thought I really didn't have a choice so I let him search. They even brought up K9 dogs to sniff. He swore up and down I had drugs planted in my car. He goes tell me now if you got drugs. He threatens to tear my car apart looking. If I find it your going to jail kinda thingy. I said no drugs. The dog searched and searched came up empty. Meanwhile, they cuff me and have me sitting in the back of cruiser. In the end, they couldn't find anything and he uncuffed me and let me go. Oh. The kicker. He pulled me over because "I didn't use my signal". However, in the end I never got a ticket.

This happened about fourteen months ago. When your in the situation and you got a SO you almost will do anything to comply to get out of the situation hopefully unscathed. If I say no and some kind of statement is sent to my address I'm in a cuckoo of shit. So basically its not easy to say no you can't look when you got all of those other factors that can go south on you.

To make a long story short I have out of state license plates. Probably another red flag to them.

Lesson Learned: Not to circle or prolong hunts in the same area for too long. Somebody seems to be watching.
