What you're posting is correct. However, I was considering seeing her, so I dug much deeper. I went into the Clerk of the Court's case records and found that the STD charge was actually Nolle Prosed (nolle prosequi, which is legal gobldygook for dropped) by the State's Attorney. Basically, the state ALWAYS pursues it when the provider has a verifiable STD, especially AIDS. Also, she was picked up at a later date on an Offering to Commit charge, and there was no felony charge of Offering to Commit After Testing Positive charge to go along with it. What it boils down to, IMO, is that the STD charge was BS. It is always best to be careful, but I also don't like it when LEO tries to jam a girl up on a BS charge. Stay safe and good hunting!

Thanks Johnny and Fl guy for replies and assistance. Firm believer and have been doing this long enuf to know if it looks TGTBT than in almost all cases it is too good to be true. Safe travels and if I decide to toftt I will holler back w results.
