Now that I've found the new site, (thanks Glockman) I've got some comments:

1. I would think the link would be right up there with FORUM, WHAT'S NEW, etc. Easy to get to.

2. The pics come up small and you have to close one then go back and open another. I like the old way where you click on the first pic and then scroll through the rest.

3. Is there a reason why so few girls include their name in the title or even the text? I know most of them but when there are no face pics or the pics are new, it can get confusing for us old guys.

RANT OVER.

1. When we are ready to go national there will be a great big motherfucking button on the top center of every page that will get you there. If it was there now, then all the problems we have been having during beta would be multiplied by 1,000.

2. This has been addressed, we thought fixing the problems in functionality were more important. After that's done, then the pics.

3. I mentioned this as well, the Russians are writing some code to put the advertisers forum handle on both the ads, and the preview page.

4. Before you ask, we are also going to ad a "PM me on the USASG" button so you can just click that and send them a PM here.

Those are good constructive comments. I share some of your thoughts.

Not being able to go from one pic to another is a PITA.

I am a realistic and no bullshit type guy.

First, the new site is just an evolution of the USA site, and I appreciate the fact that the owners care enough to try to make and keep the site profitable, as any responsible businessmen would do. I understand why the price of pussy is higher than it was (in some cases) 10 years ago, and that the cost of a case of pop has also risen. The cost of doing business rises each year. Management must do what it takes to ensure the viability of the business. I welcome that management here is creating a value-added product.

Next, the new site is a beta-version..

Although I agree with most of the suggestions for change, we should be appreciative that we here, in our great Queen City, are fortunate enough to be part and parcel of that change.

You ungrateful assholes. It's a beta-version, it will change for the better, and we here in Cincinnati have been chosen to help mold the future.

Keep the suggestions coming to make things better, quit complaining, and appreciate what we have!

I kind of like the new and improved classifieds site. I can skim it more quickly and it behooves the providers to offer their best pic on the front end. Note to CookieClaire, I love your new pic. There's just something about it. You can expect a call from me in the near future.

A number of ladies want to have a good place to come and meet clients who treat them right and think other ladies should be at the least semi regular posters on the boards to show interest. IT IS A BUSINESS and it tells us what they provide to see if it coincide with our likes and there is someone for everyone in general. I appreciate that when you gave reviews you considered the feelings of the lady but when ladies are sleeping in, waking up in the afternoon when some guys have limited windows of opportunity, are glassy eyed in their sessions or talk on the phones or in sessions with slurred speech and lack coherence are being given drugs by their handlers or have pimps does any guy really want this and more importantly don't guys want to know? Ladies if you treat them right weill tell you shit you need to know. Many have shared with me and will share with others. I respect your opinion but as I hve said before and so hve others when you get the trash off the board then only the quality will remain. Some of us have read so many fking lame assed excuses about where ladies hve been or why they missed appointments you could write a book Hell many of you have read where some providers do clients with their kids in the house or next room or with parents in the house they are staying at but still go to see them REALLY? What the list is all about. We say we want discretion and anonymity PT.

But they may also have agendas of their own, because it is a business. They have more reason to self promote or talk less of other providers. An anonymous poll of mongers would remove any of that. It would also generate IMO more honest report on the ladies from mongers as they have no fear of any fall out from girls they see nor any hope of gaining favor by publicly praising any girls they see.

Provider imput is not required to detect drugs & alcohol, dumpster in calls & numbers of clients. If a lady is passing out while a monger is trying to get his nut, has glassy eyes, has track marks, slurred speech or has totally off the wall conversations either in person on phone or via text, that's something we mongers can and do see. Anyone that went to see Natti (let me say I love this girl, she is one of my ATF) at her incall by the NYPD before her efforts to clean it up didn't need to be told by another provider that it was a fucking train wreck of a mess. It was widely reported by mongers. Just as you know when you see Sinful Dreams you are going to enjoy safe upscale hotel, it's widely reported by mongers. The same is true of over booking or brushing shoulders with a fellow monger trying to get out of a room while you're walking in. This kind of Intel is obvious to mongers and shared by mongers.

I can see the argument of a provider that doesn't post her much not being on the list, IF, that's a BIG IF! We are only looking to rate providers that advertise here. I don't think all mongers here are exclusive in seeing only USASG providers. Reasons for not being a great provider are many, not posting adds here is not one of them.

What should be held against a provider is bad costumer service. Including but not limited to responding in a reasonable time, unsafe place of operation or missed appointments, for what ever reason. And the reasons go on & on. Over slept, over booked, over dosed, my car died, my cat died, my grandma died again, I muted my phone and now it won't un mute, I didn't hear the phone ring, I heard the phone ring but was too stoned to know what that noise was, I was pressing my phone on my clit and hoping all you mongers kept texting and calling cause the vibrations feel so good.

I am not discounting the fact that providers have information to offer. I just think when rating providers it should be left to the mongers to do so. I would think part of each mongers opinion of the providers he has seen may wel be effected by info he has attained from other SP. Personally, have heard more than one provider bad talk other providers. Whose knows what kind of history they may have between them? I don't. So I take into consideration what I don't know when processing provider intel that comes from other providers. I know when I have an opinion on a provider good or bad it's based on my personal exsperience and the reports I get from my fellow mongers here, with very little weight given to provider input.

My self, I'd prefer to see the data from privately submitted poll of mongers. I think a lot of people would be a little more honest in their criticism or praise when they knew they may not hurt someone's feelings or didn't fear the jealousy that does happen, admittedly or not, from some providers. (I said some not all). As I reflect over the reviews I have given in my time here, I can see I am guilty of playing softball on a couple reviews because I really liked the lady. I wasn't as blunt or harsh maybe as I should have been. Some of that I think is from being a green and wet behind the ears monger. What ever the reason, I believe a lot mongers would be a little more honest if their name was not signed at the bottom of a review or rating poll.

It does seem many mongers are afraid of giving reviews, particularly negative. Any time I have given reviews through my mongering days, I try to stay factual and not make assumptions or judgements (be it a good or bad review, this site or others). Any time a review has included something negative, I have been shocked at the number of mongers (as well as providers) that will share intel privately to back up the experience. It is bad for the community that those that have negative experiences don't find a way to share them. Yes, we are afraid of hurting feelings, getting a defensive reaction from the provider, jealousy, etc, but we all rely on that feedback to make smart decisions. The professional providers out there will use the feedback to improve as well.

I don't know that anonymous rankings are the perfect answer (we already know some game with fake reviews and an anonymous poll is even easier to game; it also opens the door to providers ganging up against someone). In the end, don't we simply want to know who we should spend our time and money on? I'd like to believe that we could compile lists of top providers through the reviews we post. The real problem is that too many are afraid to share their negative experiences. How can we solve that? Can we mitigate the negatives of anonymous polling?

Why would any provider have input on this, or any list of providers and their ratings, good or bad? Unless they are paying to play with providers they shouldn't have any input. The only name a provider should worry about is their own. If their name is not on the list, their must be a reason. If it's not on the list and it does not belong on the list, hey she is the one that controls that. Step your game up lady! Some ladies have shared with us their concerns over women on the list who do not advertise on a regular basis questioning why they are on it. Three ladies in particular are of concern, DDawn, Rhonda HMR, and Petra. We all are familiar with the later two as rarely coming on to post and we know DDawn does come on occasionally. After some serious consideration we are asking both men and women on here since this is to help you both see how clients view performances and what they think how often should a lady post on USASG and what criteria should be used to ad her to or remove her from the list? This is not about me or the other guys who have put this list together and the list as has been shown left off some quality ladies who were added on. Ladies can PM thei thoughts or put them on this post Your call. The purpose of the list is to upgrade business practices, encourage exchange of information / and references between guys and women so both can see what the other looks for in business. If women aren't posters in general to show interest why see them. Also another question came up can UTRs make the list and SWs who are vettered bymen in good standing and who know that the ladies they are vouching are quality, don't do drugs and generally provide a good quality experience. Feel free to respond ladies and gents on this. This is about building a better, safer and higher quality community for us all to thrive in.
