So I did my research and I found her ads on a lot of different websites and seems to be consistent on the Richmond and North Carolina area. Lots of positive reviews of her and Annabella. I haven't seen her since she was doing incalls downtown a few months ago. But, call her and ask about an outcall to a county that's not the one you live in to see if she agrees. Then make up some excuse to not actually book. Then call her (from a different number if possible) when you're ready to actually book and see if she agrees to come to YOUR county. If she's willing to go to two different localities, then she's not working with LEO, as it'd be pointless for them to send a decoy outside of their jurisdiction.

One possible problem with this plan would be if the rumor about her getting busted were true, but she's not working with LE, she'd probably say no to an outcall in that locality for fear of a second arrest there.

Anyway, I think the likelihood of an outcall sting is very low. LEO likes to control the environment. Incall means they can wire the room and walk right in when they're ready to bust you. Outcall means the girl has to wear a wire and they have to kick your door in (possibly getting shot by you) to make the arrest. Also wastes a lot of time having to send a crew all over the county instead of just nailing guys back-to-back all day with an incall. And, for the couple girls I've known who did decoy work around here, it was always incall.

I haven't seen her since last year, but the rumors started between the two times I've seen her. Seems like to me the rumor about LE was started by one of the many "richmondguy" accounts pming people pure crap.
