Saw the Chesterfield PD at Spa Chi on Long Road over the weekend. No, they have not started "being happy". Some knucklehead left his dog in the car when he went for a rub.

Search the picture not the number. Lots of reviews of her and all seem to say fairly positive things about her. No first hand experience.
