All of us use abbreviations to take a few keystrokes off our typing, but it might be better to type out the provider's name when discussing her. In recent posts CC could be interpreted as Cookie Claire, Cassidy Crowne, or CupCake. Particularly when one provides negative or neutral feedback it would help not to accidentally besmirch the wrong provider.
