If you've already got the problem solved then disregard this post. If you've got the phone connected to the computer thru a USB cable. The computer needs to recognize your new phone. So you probably need to update your computer software, or just search for the usb software for your phone model. Also you can check on the website of the phone model that you have under downloads.

Got off work a little early today and first time hunting in Miami. Decided to hit up OT to see what I can find since people have been having luck there.
