I'm assuming you mean Kiara. Yes, absolutely you should date her if you have the opportunity. There is no risk as long as you take all the normal precautions, as you would with anyone. Out of the blue I got a txt from a Brooklyn SW I know who has been MIA for some time, I figured she had been locked up but as it turns out she is fine and went to vacation at a treatment center.
