Yeah it's really easy to tell, too. Just open up a second browser window and go to Google Images, then drag the picture from the BP ad into Google Images & drop it. Google images will immediately come up with links that also use that same exact pic (if it has been used, and they all have, whether legit or not). If that same pic is used elsewhere, it's a fake. If it's only been used in local BP / CL type ads, then it MAY be legit.

Longtime lurker / monger, this is my first post. So feel free to be skeptical of me until I post more reports.

I've hit Oki Doki several times over the past few years, with mixed results. Lately, the attitude is enough to turn me off for good.
