Since the FBI was the one doing the search and issuing warrants I would guess they weren't rousting dudes for getting a massage with happy endings. More likely interstate trafficking / human slavery warrants were being served. Story said they also raid LA Spa in Portland.

The IRS is involved. Tax evasion is probably much easier for them to prosecute than any other charges.

After a bad experience with Anna at E / W year ago, I decided to give a shot with MP.
