I'm not trying to be a dick but isn't that kind of the reason for having this thread? Our thinking is that it serves for engagement here and makes the review threads more, well, reviewy. I do think that we need to do something about subtracting posts in threads like this from a guys totals though. I'm going to talk to the Russians about that. Seriously, not trying to be a dick.

I can understand how you feel about this, I too think the site has gone down some, probably due to Massholes. When Massholes 1st started I thought, well ok, this could be kind of fun, but instead it has become a place to make enemies. Since I joined USASG way back I have only had one member that I detest, now since Massholes, there are many more, and I'm an easy going guy. No surprise here that in my opinion the forums began to go downhill when a large number of members decided to go underground with reviews and intel posted. I find it ironic that you feel every post should have substance yet the majority of your posting in the main threads comes in the form of "pm me for details". I don't feel there is much substance in those types of posts at all. Of course this debate has been hashed out ad nauseam here. Apparently a "substantive post" is entirely subjective here. Nothing has really changed for the proponents of the non-detail side of the debate here as the PM system and underground network remains intact.

I don't think the primary motive for most members additional commentary is to increase post count. If I was concerned about increasing my post count I would have a hell of a lot more posts than I do now after having been a member here for almost 5 years now.

At least the name calling is now segregated in this separate thread which no one has to read if they don't want to although admittedly I believe that would be difficult due to the curiosity factor.

Across from S and S headquarters, there is a new " spa ", which mentions the use of hot stones several times. Normally when hot stones are mentioned that typically translates into legit. Well, you're right about SpermSac, he is a good guy, but Ledger, no I don't care what anyone tips. We are (or at least I am) sick of his bullshit. He is a whiney little asshole. I know this is a site for men & women only. What happens if some transexual or gay person posts an ad. Do you delete it and refund the money? Or is it open to anyone with $.

We have no plans for a TS / TV section on the new site. Maybe sometime in the future we may do one, but for now we are dancing with the one that brung us. Guys that have always been guys looking for chicks that have always been chicks. We don't judge in any way, it's a marketing decision. From my perspective money that comes from rainbow sources is still green, but the new site is going to be made to work in conjunction with this site so there wouldn't be a place to review them. Not sure how we would handle refunds, we are going to be very clear about the types of ads we accept, if somebody tries to sneak their way in we might call forfeiting the cover charge an admin fee.

I used to peruse the Photo Gallery for the pics taken by Forum greats, e.g., CookieJar. But now, the gallery is cluttered with advertiser's photos, repetitive photos in which I have little interest.

IMHO, a photo gallery restricted to member-submitted images (which tend to be posted only once) would be a major improvement.

Sugar plum you're making a mistake. The chat feature is something we are talking about for the USA Sex Guide (this site) but at some future time, not now. The new site will be called USA Adult Classifieds, it will be a place for chicks like you to buy low cost ads at a site meant to work hand in hand with this one.

At the end of the day we know we need guys writing reviews, it's what we love, it's what we do. The basic USA Sex Guide; A guy sitting at a computer, writing about the working girls he has banged, and reading about the ones other guys have banged, connecting to a community of like minded guys will always be free and open to anybody that wants to be a member. We know there are a lot of guys that want more features here, developing those is expensive as hell, we will have to charge for those when they are available. That will not effect what you have now.

At this time the only change to the USA Sex Guide will be to close our Escort Classified threads here and have them on the new site USA Adult Classifieds, and to add banners here, directing people there. No other changes whatsoever will be happening to the USASG at this time.

There will be no charge to view the ads at the new site, only to post them. (We are still working out the pricing structure, we may and I stress MAY continue to let chicks post text ads only for free, or maybe free for a time) Once we go live, there will be comprehensive instructions on the new site.
