According to Dawn, Joyce is walking the strip on 198 at night. I didn't no there was a strip in that area. The last time I was around the WW loop I asked the guy who rents rooms if he had seen Lilly. He said she went home, he said she had to go home and that she didn't have a choice. Went for a stroll on the WW, CB, Brooklyn strips.
