I expect them to have the covers. Maybe my bad, and I usually make sure I have some if I order outcall service when I'm on the road, but the way I look at it, this is their business and I am just another client. When I make use of the services of a Plumber I don't go out and purchase pipe wrenches. I expect the professional to be equipped with the tools of the trade...and, in this case, the raincoat is a tool of the trade.

Okay. I get your point that we can't expect all of the providers to be responsible and...smart, so I understand and accept the criticism, but I think my perspective is a valid one. I expect the provider to have the proper basic supplies on hand.
