Hey Rus thanks for your post. It is what it is. I took the chance and it didn't pay off for me that time. Do I want to risk another Benjamin or 2 to find out about the legendary service? IMHO she didn't impress me with Service, A and L was a plus, but honestly the attitude and service really negated everything else. I can live with knowing my experience was real and accurate for that session. Quite happy that you and others are reporting positive experiences. Maybe just something personal with me.
