I was driving down G looking for a SW and I came a cross 4-5 cops packed inside a blue / grey gmc suv. The vehicle is unmarked and looks like a 97-99 year model, I am not sure nor am I too familiar with cars to tell right away but I was driving down and noticed they where on surveillance on 16th and up, just thought I'd give all you guys a heads up its dead out here anyways.

97 to 99 model? Too old unless for the vice squad usually. Were the windows tinted? Most vehicles that old used in Milwaukee are for driving around CI's (snitches) for drug buys.

Did a 730 pm run NOTHING on both L and G.

Hand my dinner and booze and came back around 930 pm again. Went up and down G and L nothing. Finally gave a ringer to Jen and after few rings went to vm. Called Maggie pix above (edited) as I'm sure somehow someone will tell her your pix are on "that site". I started doing this in TN; So I will do it here as well. Well the postings on here are usually vague and confusing anyhow, does the officer jones posting really mean that the guy was arrested and hauled off to jail? Question: if the chick negotiated and disappeared, why wouldn't you just take off instead of sitting around? My report was an attempt at humor. After several posts talking about decoys providing services I thought there should be a report from the target's prospective.

The details were derived from information in previous posts, sting takedowns I have witnessed in Milwaukee and some stuff from police reality shows. Names were changed to protect the innocent.

I witnessed a takedown last summer involving a TGTBT WSW. A guy cruising G was so anxious to pick her up that he stopped in the middle of the street, blocking traffic. She approached his passenger window and negotiated without entering his vehicle. She must have gotten what she was looking for because she stepped back from the vehicle and made a sign with her right hand. Immediately, multiple unmarked and marked vehicles swooped in and blocked all points of egress, further blocking the street. In all the confusion the decoy disappeared. The monger was removed from his vehicle, handcuffed and transported. When I drove by later they had a tow truck removing his vehicle. It was clear that the police had the scene firmly in control before the decoy was even deployed and any careless monger entering their web would have had no chance to escape.

Not entirely true. I have seen on COP's tv show where a decoy will get in the car, but then the cops will arresst the guy before he drives away. It's extremely rare, but does happen.

You haven't seen that happen in Milwaukee I will assure you that. Maybe in other parts of the country that may happen but not here.

A police decoy will NEVER get in your car. If you read some of my older posts this has been discussed here at length more than once.

Well its good to hear that nothing actually happened here. But I would make sure you follow the guidelines posted here so you don't get busted and if you do get busted...never NEVER sign a statement from the police and seek a lawyer right away.
