I've been using that one for a long time. Great features include ways to narrow your search by county and crime. Another feature allows searches by first name only. This means if a worker gives a real first name, you can find her reports. Just put in the county, a range for her age and a first name, then look for her picture. Even a common name is only going to have a few pages of arrests.

But the site's real value is realized in cases like this where we have a reverse sting going on. Looks like 10 guys got burned on the 27th at Powhattan & Nebraska, and back on the 20th there were others. The guys busted are all old enough to know better. Come on, get with the program dudes! NEVER TALK THROUGH A CAR WINDOW.
