Does anyone know if there SW that work on KK in Bay View.

I haven't seen SW working KK. I have seen a few women on KK who had the right look but I don't think they were. You will sometimes see SW from G or L waiting on the bus at KK & L but there is no place for a discreet pickup. Bay View is a closer knit community than those around the south loop and I would expect that suspicious activity there would be reported.
