I'm not the "buddy" he is referring to, however this is one of those things that makes me irate. When providers don't have the phone glued to their hand all day is beyond me. However, if only a provider would take the guts to just cancel the appt. well ahead of time, instead of putting it off and putting it off, and then just stop returning calls, that would be so much better. It would also more than likely result in a re-booking rather than a bad review.

If there is a chance you can't make it, JUST CANCEL AND RE-BOOK. Guys are more understanding if you don't leave us hanging with our dicks in our hands.
