You are right about agencies, in LV, most are total ripoffs, except two. If you want some girls with GFE, no upsell, and reviews, all $250 or less, then try Seven, Ashleymarie, Brandi (from Boston), Racine, Jenna Juggs, Katt Kovell, Tristan, Sierra, Anisa, Hazel, Harley, Vanessa , or Kelly the 619 area code youngster on BP. What ethnicity are you looking for and what is your budget? If you are looking for something specific try to find a well reviewed independent. Check out a review site. You never know what you'll get from an agency. That said, there are some exceptions to that rule. Some of the asian agencies have well reviewed girls (specifically Hobbyshop LV) that have top notch bodies but you better be prepared to shell out 300 clams or more. Do your research, take notes, lots of numbers, and read the Vegas forum back at least 6 months or so to get info on local options. There are also agencies that will do a thorough screening on you which will open up your options a bit. I wouldn't opt for this because I am not about to give out my work number or other personal info, but that's just me. Others swear by it. The girls on those sites are pretty nice but most are expensive and, unfortunately, most seem to have boob jobs. I'd prefer sagging naturals to rubber breasted bolt ons. To each his own.
