I'm a roadie. OK. I'm an OLD roadie. All those stories you hear of the young chicks at the stage door willing to do anything to get in are true. Of course, I have gotten some action so a gorgeous young thing can bed the drummer, and have gotten my share of fun from the girls the band wouldn't be seen dead with, it goes with the job.

So, I had gigs in Portland, Oregon and Dallas, TX last week. In the few months since I got involved with this neighborhood, life in my hobby has been pretty good. So, I figure I would check out the USASG lists in those towns. Dudes and Dudettes of the Orlando forum. It is a different world out there. We got it good. Both those cities forums are not supported like we do at all.

I know there are cities that do better than others. Our city forum is a very good one. I think a major key is that we share good intel and also mutual respect among both the SP's and mongers. We can be proud.

I have to agree, which is why I tend to gravitate to the Orlando forum in lieu of reading posts in my own neighborhood. I just wish I lived closer to partake in some of this enjoyment. It is good reading in the morning and makes my day.
