You are correct, Brad. They are supposed to keep the fucking doors closed. They are also supposed to keep records of their clients, wash their hands before they touch you and display their licenses with photos. Background checks are supposed to be run and the girls are supposed to be fingerprinted. Most of these girls don't understand English so they could be written up for at least 3 or 4 violations.
