Your "Doc" must be a little behind the times. A 2000 mg dose of Zithromax (azithromycim) was the treatment a few years ago. Now the treatment includes a shot AND an oral medication, as so many strains are becoming resistant to antibiotics. Glad to hear it worked for you.

I had a recent go with the Gono and was treated at the city clinic. The "doc" informed me that I couldn't get the standard treatment for Gono due to my having an allergy to penicillin. Instead I got the second recommended treatment which was a 2000 mg dose of azithromycim which caused me some tummy issues but did indeed knock out the Gono drips.

A rather belated report on two encounters from late last year.

Both times I was left to my own devices on the strolls after fone-arranged meetings fell apart.
