Headed up to Baltimore a little early before an airport pickup and decided to play around 4 pm. I stopped off at Patapsco and on my first run, I saw LEO (two cars) all up in somebody's business on a side Road. There was a girl standing next to the police car and I don't know if she was a decoy or a WSW.
