After I left I looked up her ad and realized I had seen it before, and actually considered responding to it, but decided against it because the listed price seemed TGTBT, and I couldn't find any reviews or anything. The ad has since been taken down, but if I see her post a new one I'll report it here.

Clicking on the "enlarge picture" link on that first pic appears to be broken, and takes you to the "requested ad could not be found" page, but you should be able to get a decent enough idea of what she looks like from that. She's very petite. Maybe 5' tall, even.

I'm going to post this report in the Strip Club thread as well, since it's kinda relevant to both threads. Based on some information provided by another member here, I finally decided to investigate this other Branch Ave place for myself (having been a semi-regular customer of the "Exotic Boutique" on Branch Ave for a couple years now). The place that I'm referring to in this report is the one located at 754, NOT 745.

So, I walk in the front door of the building into a hallway. There are doors on both sides, one on the left with a "fetish room" sign on the door, another one further down the hall with a "2" on the door, and a sign saying "Come on In", but nothing descriptive. On the right there was a glass doorway into the store, which appeared to sell lingerie and such, but there was no one in there and the door was locked, so I couldn't tell much more about that. I went back to the "2" door and noticed a doorbell button next to it. So I pushed the bell, and a moment later the door was opened by a cute, petite brunette with a nice curvy body and small breasts, wearing just a bra and G-string. She greeted me in a friendly manner and invited me in. The room was set up with a couch, love seat, and a stripper pole in the middle. I told her I had never been there before, so she explained to me briefly how it worked. She seemed to have a nice personality, and made me feel very comfortable. She told me her name was Meena. She told me what the minimum donation was, which would basically cover a modeling session / lapdance (I think she mentioned something about a dom session too, but I'm not into that), and said that more things would be available with a larger donation. I told her how much I had with me, and she indicated that for that amount she could definitely make sure that I "left happy". It was a very reasonable amount, much less than I've ever had to spend over at the Boutique. I did indeed leave happy.

Now, the funny thing is that when we were talking afterwards she mentioned she has an ad on BP. So I'm not sure how this place works, it doesn't really seem to be a very organized "business" like the Boutique, and there was no separate "house fee" either, the whole donation just got put into a box in the room. More like she's an independent provider who's just using that space to see her clients. However the other member who I spoke to who went there saw a different girl...so, again...not sure what the actual business arrangement is.

The "special" price listed there is basically the price for just the modeling session, which is why it seems so low. If you want to have any real fun, it costs more, but still a decent value. I will almost certainly see her again, and I'll try to find out a little more about how that place works if I do.

I get to the hotel at the specified time and wouldn't you know it... I get VM. WTF?! So I have to take a piss and don't want to wait in the parking lot or go inside, so I go someplace down the road to piss. When I do I get a call saying she's at CVS picking up things and she'll be right back. Hmm. Ok. Now there's a little alarm in my head that saying "Danger! Danger! But again it was ignored. I get the call she is back and I head over to the hotel. She gives me a room number and I go up. Well, wouldn't you know it I can't find this room number. I call her from the hallway and she realizes I'm at the wrong hotel and gets pissed and tells me forget it. WTF?! So I check the address she texted me and yes, it's the correct address. (She gave me the wrong one). So, I call her back and told her that. She tells me to wait for someone to leave and I do because I'm already committed at this point and I haven't been able to connect with anyone else. Finally, I go up to the room and the place looks like a frat party just ended with old pizza boxes everywhere and just a fucking dump. She's friendly, but what I would call very lazy. She doesn't know her address, the place is a dump, she doesn't want to put much effort in to serviced. Just a low quality provider. I opted for the hh for $ (talked her down from $.20) and started with a quick BBBJ, some Russian and then covered K9. She is young and doesn't really seem to know what guys like. She seemed to be guessing as I was lying there. It did seemed like a rushed atmosphere, but to be honest, I may have been thinking I just want to blow and go as I was not really enjoying myself. While I was getting dressed, I heard her quote a guy $.30 for a hh. NO WAY IS SHE WORTH 130 / HH! I think I overpaid at $ / hh. I would say she's a .6 / hh kind of girl. She's closer to what I've found on the street than what I find on BP.

She didn't smoke when I was there, but there was definitely a funk of some sort in the air. Maybe weed + old food, hard to say.

Summary:

Doesn't have her shit together... Big risk of keeping appiontment.

Low quality service.

Damage = $.

Sorry you had a bad experience with her. I saw her a couple of times when she first started around here and it was good, and she was cheaper. She was real good to me in the beginning, I'm sure I've recommended her in here. But then she raised her hh rates by .5 and then seemed to be in more of a rush. I used to see her pretty regularly for a few months in the beginning, now only if nothing else is working out and even then only for the quick special since she seems to try to rush you out the same either way, might as well pay the least for it.

She has potential, cute face, nice ass if you like it that way. If only she rode and didn't basically have the attitude of just letting you pump and be done. Just some enthusiasm would help. She used to have it in the beginning, would try different positions and take direction but now just seems kind of like "let's hurry up and get it over".

I saw Shanell last week and I did get BBFS.

I have to cosign with WBM. I used to see her pretty regularly (as far as this hobby goes for me) for over 2 years and never has BBFS with her seemed remotely on the menu (not that I would if it was offered). I have seen the same ads and wondered myself. I have no info but would love to hear from anyone that has had any experience there.

Saw this ad on Backpage for Sasha's place. They advertise 4-5 girls and they are out of CF. So this all sounds like not a god idea. I feel there is probably 1 to 2 guys hiding in a closet or something there. Also it's in CF so there's that. On he other had times are tight and 40 dollar specials might be nice. Then again, cheap is not always good and good is not always cheap. I don't know because I really just a part time AMP man myself.

Before you make the call I would suggest you go to the Urban Dictionary and look up the word “Gurls”. Of course if that is your thing there is a couple (at least one) senior member who has been snookered by a gurl, memories Ha Ha RTFF!. Of course you may get a nice Christmas Package if you spend some time there. I guess we all have our quarks but you can have all the gurls.

Well they are from Cf and "Gurl" is also an urban colloquialism used a lot nowadays. So I guess there's a 50/50 shot it could be either one. If it was The massage place in Warren then I would definitely say tranny.
