If you want a black Club in the area go to King of Diamonds just West of John are. I would only go there in the afternoon, then its safe. I need to review K of D, as it's been awhile.

After trying out most of the black clubs in Detroit over the summer K of D became my most frequent. I agree about day shift. Good happy hour prices on drinks and food. Bartender, waitress, and bouncer are all cool. Small but private VIP booths with no tax. Lot's of freaky dancers of all shapes and sizes who are cool to hang out with.
