Yes, I had the same experience. Didn't initially report on it, but figured I'd confirm your report. Set a time (literally an hour ahead) showed up, texted, called. No response at all. No follow up. Although I did get a text a few days later offering a special. Ummmmm. Not so much. Note that I was quite pleasant and professional in my texts and calls (not angry) so there was no reason why a provider with a fundamental business sense / sense of responsibility couldn't have responded to say something came up.

The shame of it was that I was quite hopeful and more than prepared to give a glowing report and a nice tip. Although they may provide good service to some, I don't patronize people who by their actions or inaction, essentially say "fuck you, you matter not one iota." The walking wounded. I think not! Unless your definition of a good business model is simply employing hot staff then this is as far away as a good business model as you can get. Charging those exorbitant prices for a weak 3 minute back rub in the nude and almost immediately going in for the HE screams "just give me your money and get the FUCK OUT!" And to expect a tip on top of the $170 you already spent is just preposterous! Very well said. That's exactly what I've been saying about this place. They do mean well and have some pluses, but the whole concept is PERCEPTION. How you perceived your cost vs. product makes all the difference. Until they get this straightened out, they will continue to have customers leaving feeling the way you did.
