Long before a successful civil liberty complaint is resolved, the lost driver will have lost his place in society. This is just one more situation where it is "guilty until proven innocent".

Very sad, and very true amigo. Just the accusation is more than enough to ruin a man's life if anyone finds out.

I've heard about this supposedly happening here. I generally am not in the SW heavy areas so I may have just been avoiding it totally, but I have never gotten a letter in the mail. It would technically be harassment for them to do it, as I'm just an average Joe who is passing through and got lost in the city.

It's been awhile since I've see the Queen of the Jungle on the stroll, so when I spotted her tonight I made a quick scoop and vacated the neighborhood. So it may not be a mater of him not supporting her as much as him trying to play dad and say what the rules are.
