That being said, lot of infections can show no symptoms until later stages. While left untreated, those infections will continue to weaken immune system and make you more susceptible to other infections (lot of gal start w clam and then got gono and then syp / herp / hiv). Eventually all the symptoms will show up with a vengeance but by then your be in pain and your old lady at home will be having funny discharges and cursing your name every time she pees as she throws your stuff out.

2. Trust your gut, if the gal shows no appearance for good hygiene chances are she is sick and she doesn't care. That's why I don't do my patrol at night because what look like a doll from a far could be a troll up close. You want to inspect the hair, eyes, teeth, the puppies and down there before making a purchase. If the gal doesn't pass the test, just give her some mercy money, tell her that you mistake her for someone else and drop her off. Believe me, there are plenty of good catch out there. For those who are hard core oral enthusiasts (and who isn't) , the dental hygiene is of particular importance since billions of bacteria reside there and if there's something that's nasty enough to rot those teeth, it ought to have some nasty effect on your hardon.

3. Get tested regularly! This is a high risk hobby and unless you want to have an agonizing death as you watch johnie rot and falls off you want to take step to nip any problem in the bud. If you got insurance, use it! Docs are supposed to keep confidential matter confidential (if they spill the beans on you congrats because you got case to win a multi-million lawsuit!) If you don't have insurance, what's wrong w you! Don't you know that obamacare is now in effect and you NEED TO HAVE INSURANCE! SMH. Just go to any free clinic in the county / city and just show up early (most open by 7AM). Use an alias if you want to and nobody ever checks your I'd (even Mexicans can get the free healthcare). They usually have the results back within 2 wks.

That is the area where I met her, as I was walking towards City Hall. After further reflection there are some things I should have picked up on that signaled something was not quite right about the whole situation.
