Doesn't it depend on the numbers as well as the percentages? In terms of absolute numbers. Leaving aside the tattoos. Are there more virgins or more women that don't do anal? It seems to me that in the age group of 18+ (of legal age, in other words) , there are lots and lots of virgins. Lots of 18-year-old virgins, somewhat fewer 19-year-old virgins, somewhat fewer in their 20's, and so on. Now, between 20% and 25% of women have tattoos. Depending on what you mean by "heavily tattooed," let's say that only a third of that range. Let's say a third of 24, or 8. Are heavily tattooed.

If 8% of all women are heavily tattooed, that's not a big percentage of all women.

If by "do anal" you mean do it more than just once in their lives, according to NY magazine about 20% of hetero women regularly indulge in anal. Then 80% don't. Let's say that women who are heavily tattooed might tend to be less straight-laced and might indulge more. So 40% of heavily tattooed women regularly indulge in anal and 60% don't. Or maybe only 50% of all heavily tattooed women don't do anal. Let's say it's between 40% and 60% of all heavily tattooed women. That's a lot of women.

But tattoos take place over time. You might find a 21-year-old virgin who suddenly gets 10 tattoos at once, but you're more likely to find a 21-year-old virgin with 1 tattoo than with 10.

So there aren't many heavily tattooed virgins that don't do anal because there aren't that many heavily tattooed virgins, period.

On the other hand, there are lots of heavily tattooed women, and whatever percentage of them do or don't do anal, there are more of them. Lots more of them. So that there must be more of them that don't do anal, period.

Numerically. Not in terms of percentage. There must be millions and millions more heavily tattooed women who either do or don't indulge in anal. (Well, ALL of them either do or don't. What I'm saying is that there are millions more who do and there are millions more who don't.)
