In my travels this morning around WW after my failed attempt to meet with Kandii I had a couple of interesting experiences.

The first was Shelly, attractive girl with strawberry blonde hair that I saw on Ramsey by Stricker. She got in the car and grabbed me immediately, the "cop check." She then proceeded to tell me that she's not an addict, and only does this occasionally for money for a specific purpose. Then we discussed what we were going to do. She had way too many "I don't do (fill in the blank)." Then she said she didn't have much time because her program (Program? Thought she wasn't an addict!) had some sort of function today and she was focused on that. Then she said she didn't want pictures. I began to realize that this was going to go nowhere, so I told her maybe next time. As I was heading back to Ramsey to drop her back off she started to change her restrictions a little, but it was too late. About an hour and a half later she was hanging out with Shannon at Fulton and Wilkens trying to get a date. I guess the function at the program was cancelled, and she still needed money for a "specific reason," not drugs.

So then a little later I saw a tiny, young looking blonde wearing barely anything around the circle. She got in and introduced herself as Ashley. She also had a ton of rules and she quoted prices that were a little high, but I thought we could work through them. She was tiny and cute, a big turn on. However, she didn't want to leave the neighborhood and only wanted to do a car date. That's not for me. But then it got worse. She began picking at her feet and saying she had bugs eating her skin. She said they were also around her pussy. She kept trying to show me the bugs, but all I could see was dirt on her feet that she was rolling up into tiny blobs that she thought were bugs. Then she put both feet up around her face so she could see these imaginary bugs! I told her that's the perfect position for anal, and she said she "loves" anal sex. This girl had a case of the crack bugs, and I didn't want to get involved. Then she started relaxing her rules, even saying OK to pictures. She insisted I take her number, so if anyone can tell me she's worth calling, I will. She'll have to take a long shower first, though. These two places don't get much press but I've made a couple of good scoops on both these streets over the last 2 or 3 months. Scooped 2 decent BSW on Frederick, one was a couple of blocks east of Hilton and the other a couple of blocks west of Hilton. One said her name was Pussy and the other said her name was Charming; I didn't ask for birth certificates to confirm the names. Picked up 2 very nice WSW on Washburn between 3rd and 4th. Much cleaner than your standard B / CB WSW. One said her name was Bridget but I don't remember the other girl's name. None of these girls seemed to be heavy IV drug users.

Don't expect these places to be as packed with hookers as Pontiac and the Ramsey Circle. It's hit and miss and there are more misses than hits.

Tonight at 5th and Washburn there was a house displaying a large home made sign that read "No Wh*re Zone." Two LE cruisers were there talking to the residents right as I passed by. I really appreciate seeing signs like that because it identifies exactly where I can find hookers. Thanks to the residents for making my hobby a little easier.

Got the look and wave from a sexy looking blonde at the bus stop on Washington across from Atco. I turned into the next side street and she followed. She came to the passenger side and motioned for me to roll down the window. Her skin didn't look perfectly healthy and she was too skinny to be ULE, but I still got cold feet and moved on. She just looked TGTBT and that is usually a bad thing.

I'm convinced that Amber is the hardest working girl on the W / W loop. She seems to be out in the rain, heat, daytime, and nighttime. This is the Amber that is frequently at Wilkens and Millington.

Too bad she doesn't know how to use her phone more effectively, she is a nice girl. It would save a lot of foot traffic and risks.

Female on Washington Blvd walking back in fourth near the park, could be undercover, I saw her talking to a brother walking on the same side of the street, she crossed over to the other side of the street, but was talking to a Hispanic looking individual on the opposite side of the street, she is wearing white shorts with a pink looking top, hair brownish looking mid way down her back, and she had on glasses, five feet four and 160 pounds. She gives the look, I'm telling be ware. Anyone with information please post.
