So, I haven't been "out" in a while and I decided to hit my favorite spot, good ole 25th and Harford for some chocolate delight. I spotted this fine chick pretty much TGTBT, I stopped and tried to get the look but she didn't budge so I went on my way. I thought she was a civi until I spotted LEO on bikes and a squad car up the street. I got out of dodge for a sec and came back a little while later. Saw the same chick, bad, short shorts, cheeks hanging out of the shorts. I pulled up and stopped she approached and got in, pretty brown skin, hazel eyes, nice rack. Sexxy as hell. I did the cop check and she grabbed me and we were on our way. She was easily a 8. 5 on the civi scale, she actually drove to the loop and parked so she could do her business. She explained how she was getting money for a car note and crib and times were rough. Lucky me! The performance was top notch, BBCIM for two5, didn't swallow but it was incredible! We live in two different worlds from these SWs who are sauced on drugs to escape reality. Many of these girls are badly addicted and have been for years and the damage done may be irreversible to the point that they are no longer capable of cognitive thinking, problem- solving, and otherwise being responsible.

Most of us would hope they would be able to see the benefits of using a cell phone and managing its usage, but they appear to be incapable of doing so. In other words they fritter away their minutes and are not able to plan ahead. Hence the problem. Their priority is to spend their money on drugs, not a cell phone.

Wait for the press conference: in response to homicides arrests in city went up (fill in #)%. They won't tell you what the infractions are. SW and monger arrests are like shooting fish in a barrel. I'm hunting the side and back roads off the familiar trail. Be safe.

A reason for FEDS to be involved would be if they are investigating interstate human trafficking which then falls under FED jurisdiction. In any case. Be careful out there!

I think Mongerel meant that the FBI (the Feds) would not have any business arresting Johns or SWs in Baltimore. That's strictly the jurisdiction of the Baltimore City Police. But yes, the BCP conducts plenty of undercover activities and arrest both parties in these operations.
