Was in Detroit a couple of weeks ago. Visited both Trummps & Le Chambre.

Trummps. $6 "valet", $10 cover, $15 dollar shots and the only girl who talked to me was a non dancing server girl. There seemed to be some talent there but they spent all there time talking to two regulars who were buying tube shots.

Got lost and bumped into Le Chambre. Some decent talent but lots and lots and lots of fun to be had there. Didn't even spend a $ including drinks and let all sleepy. Definitely going back next month when I'm in Detroit again.

Since BT's is in Dearborn I would say they are more likely to card, but the worst they can do is say no. If you get turned away and your buddies are nice they may go down the street with you to Pantheon. If you get turned away again and your buddies really like you they may go down the street to Venus with you (of course you are now in a completely different class of club). If that doesn't work there is the Sunset Strip and than the Sting (if you are okay with the African American crowd).

Might be best to just drive separately and if you get rejected go home alone leaving your buddies to enjoy themselves.

Also, there are secretary of state offices open on Saturday's (may be closed due to the holiday weekend). Don't think you can get a photo I'd but a temporary license with a student or work I'd would be better than nothing. Good luck.
