Look for the Loop thread, all the loops are mapped out there, then read the last couple pages of this forum, go to the ATM and get some money, and you're set.

No luck finding Nicole last night but I did run into Shannon (Shay) on Millington / Wilkins and quickly made the scoop. I made the mistake of passing on her before then read how her stellar skills.
