I tend to agree with GW on this one. Monger grudge for sure. If those neighbors were that nosey that woulld have / could have harassed and ran her ass off long ago. Same shit that happened to Tara / Mandy few years back would have happened with the quickness. These girls always seem to piss someone off, sometimes because they get nutty while chasing their next fix. Sometimes there are wierdo mongers that want more than the pop they pay for.
