Swollen is all up to interpretation. I haven't seen Promise, but obviously you noticed something that appeared 'out of the ordinary'. Regardless, it is vital we hobbyist take the necessary precautions and not leave it up the provider.

The most common causes of swollen glands include:

Bacterial infection such as strep throat.

Mouth sores or tooth infection.

Viral infection such as mononucleosis or "mono"

Skin infection.

Ear infection.

Sexually transmitted disease.

Cancers such as leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and breast cancer.

Immune system disorders such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and HIV infection.

Side effect from a vaccine or from certain medications.

If I had to guess from most of the folks I have seen professionally, the two that stand out are:

Poor Hygiene. Localized skin infections quickly can invade the lymph system.

Systemic reaction to a bad injection. Shooting up with sketchy needles and such. Rare to see a heroin junky that *doesn't* have swollen glands.

Most of the time STD's are well past this stage in providers.

Welp, as I mentioned in my first / last post, to the sound of thundering silence, I was thinking of going to see Dyimond / Stormy for a two-fer. Didn't quite work out like I had hoped, but I still had a great dream. First, though, the ad had two phone numbers, but the one for Dyimond (blonde) was missing a digit, so instead of trying 11, 440 different combinations in hopes of reaching her (someone check my math, please) , I just called Stormy. D was a few minutes late, so I chatted with R who was very friendly, and offered the 4-handed dream, which I politely declined. D arrived, and we discussed options and got comfy. R hung around the whole time, which was fine by me, but everyone may not be cool with it. Massage was fine, and I was allowed to roam freely, which is nice, being that I'm European (roman hands and rushin' fingers!). (Sorry. I try to be entertaining.) Things got awesome on the flip. So just to clarify. If this is a comment about tiny sweat glands then that can be a cause for sure, but there are no large concentration of sweat glands that would mimic lymph nodes that are in the neck, armpits, groin, legs etc if those lymph nodes are swollen its not the end of the world, bit infection is present. Just trying to figure out the actual issue

The condition we are talking about specifically is an obstruction of the glands and then subsequent inflammation. There is usually not a true 'infection' present. Unless it is allowed to continue then it can lead to such. And it is almost always contained to the glands under the arms or in girls, under breast areas.

A widespread infection of the lymph nodes that are present in the areas you describe IS usually a indicator of a larger systemic medical issue. Too many to even guess at, but the usual suspects are most often at play.

Of course, a healthy looking girl is just as likely to be carrying a STD or worse. TB is making a comeback due to the numbers of untreated cases from Mexico.

So just to clarify. Sorry to digress, but I feel the need to chime in as I have personal experience on this. I do not believe it has anything to do with "Your body fighting off something." Approximately 8 years ago, I developed some painful swelling in my armpits. I ran to my doctor and he told me it is not an uncommon occurrence. The ingredients in my roll on antiperspirant / deodorant were completely blocking my sweat glands. He recommended I change and use a brand that is simply deodorant only. I did and have had no problems since.

I do recall him telling me that it is much more common among women, where it goes beyond the armpits to other spots like the underboob area. In some extreme cases, individuals may need surgery to remove the sweat glands in their armpits. Someone needs to tell this girl to switch and use brands that say "Deodorant" only, and see a doctor if the problem persists.

I am weirded out by the reviews on this woman. There was a barely lukewarm review on her by Joe Looking just 10 days ago (See report #3292 on May 12th) with a big flag on her hygiene, which the latest review never mentions. I have to ask, how was her service?

Sorry Bro, idk if you asked for some info here first but she has several reviews on another site and they are not good. Her ratings are from 2 to 6. I once was interested but decided to stay away after doing some research. I dream often (It's addictive) so I do fairly extensive leg work days ahead of time on 2 or 3 to try and avoid bad dreams. Spent an hour with Promise a couple weeks ago and agree with BigWilleyStyle. Pics accurate, very sweet, prefers missionary and is submissive, which works just fine with me. Short version of the dream: Rather scatterbrained, but somewhat attractive. Seemed to be clean, didn't smell cigarettes or anything else. Hey all, new poster here, but not new to the hobby.

Just wanted to chime in on this girl. I tried to review her on the other site, but you can't because she doesn't put a name in her ads.
