So after reading the reviews here on Heather I've been trying to get a booking with her. Finally booked an appointment today through txts and she told me to call her when I was on the way for the location. I call her and no answer. I get all the way to Casselberry and still ignoring my calls and txts. I wait around in Casselberry for about 30 mins and finally head home. I can't stand it when providers expect you to be e on time and keep an appointment when they don't do the same. I'm really missing Cassie right now cause it seems impossible to find a good quality provider in this town. Anyone thinking about going over to Casselberry to Heather don't bother. Waste of time.
