New spot on Holcomb Bridge (861) just east of Alpharetta Hwy. Talked with hottie behind front desk. Lela. She is daughter of owner who does not speak English. Family run legit place. I drew Luna and although she is not attractive or personable, I got a high quality legit massage worth repeating. She has an unusual technique that you need to experience for yourself. Clean place with private rooms.

Good to know. Not to make a big deal of it, but since you are new and you have posted good intel, I was actually trying to help out. But don't think I came across that way.

Officially, this forum has designations for monetary amounts. $ equals one hundred. $.4 equals 140. So, when you post,"paid the $4 for the combo foot body massage and gave her a $2 tip" it leaves one to wonder if you meant forty or one hundred forty or four. Same logic applies to the tip. If one hundred forty, you way overpaid, especially for an AMP. Most would post ".4" and ".2" or spell it out as 40 and 20. When you mix in the dollar sign, it gets a little confusing, well, at least to me. IMHO, the last thing we need is yet another way of relating dollar amounts. Not a big deal, there is a lot of crap that confuses me and I am learning to be okay with that.

PS FWIW Tip what you want. For strictly legit or scoping a place out, some here will tell you that 50% on the amount is too high. From my experience, I have never had any AMP girl look negatively on a 20% tip. I used to tip higher, but a couple of other seniors here convinced me to bring it back in line with other accepted services. I agreed with their logic that tipping higher will only come back and set the "tip expectation" bar for any extras that much higher for repeat visits. In my case, I compromised to 10 on 40 and 15 on 60. All this is to point out that by your standards, I am the cheap one.

My observation is that if one wants to check to see if a place offers extras, it is not advisable to start with the combo foot and body massage. If you want to get a foot massage, get it first and then ugrade yourself for a full body or come back later. Yes, this will cost a little more, but usually even if only for a legit massage it is money better spent. A foot and body massage is considered a more pure therapeutic request and rarely involves a flip over to the frontside in a hour timeframe. At least that has been my observation. And I again caution mongers that if a Chinese lady tries to upsell for more time during a body massage, it often ends up with extra attention to the feet and it is rarely worth it versus getting straight foot massage.

But what I really want to know, you tipped her two dollars on forty dollar massage and she was happy with that?

Couldn't agree more, except that multiple posts on this and other forums lauding the HEs there didn't help their cause.

Agree with this and the other comment regarding not taking precautions as well. In this case the HE was offered after simply asking,"have you been here before?" She thought she might have recognized him, but wasn't sure. Instead of erring on the side of caution, she went through with it anyway. I heard this directly from her after paying a visit about a week after it happened. We had a good 30 minute conversation about it actually. (No, not on my hour BTW heh) The whole crew there started getting a bit lax to say the least.

Either way I guess Nicole didn't make it too difficult for 'them, regardless of how or why they decided to start poking around. If they want to put the effort in, along with our taxpayer dollars, they can bust any of these places. But I think Q could have at least forestalled the issue if they were a bit tighter and required multiple visits. Not that I enjoy that as a client mind you.

Yes, I remember someone posting about that JC undies code. Still, what vice cop is going to force the woman to show him if she's wearing panties? Posts regarding HE's will bring them in to check, but 2 arrests in 2 years along with having unlicensed therapists did not help their cause at all. These city councils and such just need a reason or two to pull or reject a license. There is so much publicity going on in this field that they want to be very proactive in removing these places from their towns. Unless I have backchannel info from a SM that I trust, I don't go in anymore expecting anything on first visit. I will drop a few hints like remove the towel or try to touch her leg, but for now the first one is considered an investment in my book.

Suspect there are more license violations associated with Chinese parlors in places like Alpharetta / Cumming where both Chinese and Korean parlors co-exist, so it's an easier bust if LE targets Chinese. As for no undies, they're not going to check that and, as long as said lingerie conforms to dress code statutes, nothing LE can do about it.

The business license goes to the municipality. Since there is no license for a foot massage, most places have a workers permit for foot massages and that goes to the municipality too. The state of course gets the state massage license fees. I did see where the place in Kennesaw got nailed for having unlicensed therapists. I believe that is what they are going to start going after, the technical stuff since these cities and counties cannot afford to keep going to these massage parlors and paying house fees multiple times. Take Johns Creek for example, that small town has I believe 7 parlors. If they go to each one at least once a month to try and catch somebody that's around $4k a year and that is only seeing one girl at a place a month. If the places are just smart and don't do anything for a few visits, they should be Golden. Last week JC popo went to all of them and made the girls come out of the rooms and compare the licenses on file with their I'd's. Duluth would bust in with riot gear on and go into the massage rooms to make sure nobody was hiding in the rooms. I don't know how the places that have girls in lingerie with no undies on get away with it at the BH or Alpharetta spots.

Another curiousity question from me. Who gets the funds for licensing fees? State, municipality or both?

Agree the HE busts get these places notoriety for targeting. And while I am sure public reports on extras, jealous competition, etc play a part, let's not minimize the impact of the soccer moms who won't put out but are hell bent no one else service their "guy." Also, consider that any post on any board that says "extras can be had at X place, seniors PM me for details" is really telling LE all they need to know anyway. And if all that is insufficient, the multiple bombarding of BP Body Rub ads with fake and provocative pics surely would be. I don't have an answer, just making the observation that there are a variety of things that could come into play that would cause a place to be placed on the proverbial radar. My reason for this post is that I have seen too many forums dry up because members stopped posting because they were afraid they were becoming THE driving force on why these places got busted. All that said, from what I have seen, it usually starts with licensing infractions.

Case in point, anyone remember Balance Healthcare on side road off BH from several years ago? It was the darling of this board for several weeks. It got so much hype that mongers were lined out the door with their peckers in hand. There was a lot of discussion here that it was this very discussion and attention that got it closed. As I recall, it got closed down for some sort of licensing infraction and the fact the girls got careless as to who was licensed to offer foot vs body.
