The business license goes to the municipality. Since there is no license for a foot massage, most places have a workers permit for foot massages and that goes to the municipality too. The state of course gets the state massage license fees. I did see where the place in Kennesaw got nailed for having unlicensed therapists. My observation is that if one wants to check to see if a place offers extras, it is not advisable to start with the combo foot and body massage. If you want to get a foot massage, get it first and then ugrade yourself for a full body or come back later. Yes, this will cost a little more, but usually even if only for a legit massage it is money better spent. A foot and body massage is considered a more pure therapeutic request and rarely involves a flip over to the frontside in a hour timeframe. At least that has been my observation. And I again caution mongers that if a Chinese lady tries to upsell for more time during a body massage, it often ends up with extra attention to the feet and it is rarely worth it versus getting straight foot massage.

I have to agree, this forum had nothing to do with their demise. Stupid women working there did.
