I did not think they had an overbooking policy. They have to turn walk ins away all the time that there is no reason to overbook for possibe no shows. Customer Sevice is number one for repeat business. There is aways another new place we can go to.

So you made an appointment, drove a half hour, and they cancelled it. Well, if they keep that up, too many guys making appointments is a problem they won't have for long.
