Decided to try out Bella's new place today, it's out of the way but I had some business on the south shore so figured I would kill to birds with one stone. I made an appointment drove the half hour there and was told they were overbooked and I was on the cancel / standby list, something I wish they mentioned on the phone. Anyway I understand it must be hard on these girls dealing with no shows, but when you run a business in a part of the state which requires a decent amount of your clientele to travel a distance to see you, I think you should have a more transparent booking system.

I did not think they had an overbooking policy. They have to turn walk ins away all the time that there is no reason to overbook for possibe no shows. Then I am also surprised they did not comp you with some complimenrary discount or something. Bad for business Mia. Mongers need to depend on their reserved time. You have a great thing going. Customer Sevice is number one for repeat business. There is aways another new place we can go to.

The location is in Revere, but I having never been to either place thought I was mistaken about the location. I was greeted by a thick, but not necessarily fat Brazillian.
